For eye support, Dr. Wallach uses the Healthy Body Eye Pack and adds as many antioxidants as possible. Typically the two strongest and best products for this are the Cell Shield, and Imortalium. He likes to see an ORAC score of over 50,000 a day for severe challenges. The MORE antioxidants you can do, the better. In some eye health concerns where circulation is an issue, Dr. Wallach would also add the Good Herbs Circulatory Formula for circulation support.
Dr. Wallach recommends that everyone consume 20,000 ORAC points a day if they want to maintain health. If someone is at increased risk or dealing with a serious health concern, he recommends boosting the ORAC score as close to 100,000 ORAC points a day as possible.
