CHICKEN FAJITAS
Note:
ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE ORGANIC
3 raw boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper cut into strips
onion, sliced
8 large romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 cup fresh salsa
1 lime
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp real salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 garlic powder
1 oz Plant Derived Minerals
Combine chili powder, salt, cumin, garlic powder and 1 oz Plant Derived Minerals in large plastic bag.
combine chicken strips, bell pepper strips, and onion strips; mix together.
Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
1 TBSP butter or ghee in large skillet over medium heat.
Add contents from the bag into skillet, cook and stir frequently. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
Turn off heat and add fresh squeezed lime
Top romaine leaves with chicken mixture, salsa, and avocado.
Serve and ENJOY!!
