Quercetin is a plant-derived flavonoid found in fruits, vegetables, leaves, grains and chocolate. The richest natural sources are from red grapes, tomatoes, broccoli (among other green, leafy vegetables), and a number of berries; including cherry, raspberry and bog whortelberry. A recent study reported that organically-grown tomatoes contained 79 percent more Quercetin than traditionallygrown tomatoes.
