- 1 tsp organic Italian seasoning or dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp organic red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup organic, gluten-free beef broth
- 1 tsp organic butter or ghee (for sautéing)
- 2 tbsp grass-fed butter (for finishing)
- 1 oz Plant Derived Minerals
- 1 tbsp fresh organic parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
